How do I choose my specific slabs at the stone yard? | After you’ve approved our estimate, we ask that you return to the stone yard to make your final slab selection. This is a fail safe method that assures our getting slabs that you have selected in your home. It prevents misidentification. It also assures you and us that, in the time that has elapsed since your first selection of stone, that the slabs that are now available are still acceptable to you. Depending on the procedures of stone yard, you return to the crate that you selected, and confirm in writing the exact slabs that will be delivered to us. Since all customers need consecutive slabs for their projects, you may select the first or last slab(s) in a crate. It is not etiquette to select slabs for the middle of a crate because it breaks the continuity of the remaining slabs. |
