Do you remove existing countertops?

Yes, we are able to remove existing countertops. However, demolition and removal of existing countertops is not included in our normal estimating, since so many of our jobs have new cabinets. In those cases, demolition is not necessary. In a remodel where existing cabinets are retained, the homeowner may have already planned for the demolition and/or subtops with their contractor. We can add demolition upon request, but do not assume you need the service unless requested. When we undertake the demolition, we provide the following services: remove existing countertops, dispose of the debris, install new plywood subtops, make all cutouts, set the sinks and cooktops, prepare all surfaces for installation of stone.
